is showing

behind a fortress

waving a faded 

second amendment flag

afraid to come forth 

and discuss issues of safety 

and violence 

without shouting 

in loud voices 

about outmoded 

rights and freedoms.

Is the NRA afraid to face 

the reality of today

without their 

second amendment

without their guns? –

cowards
