haha, cute. I wonder what breed of dog that is.
I've seen these guys - I used to have my sun conure ride around on my husky mix. They're actually pretty easy to train for that if you have the time.

I used to have a green-cheeked conure that would regularly sit on my poodle's head.
What a sweet picture. I read the question, "Have you ever seen a bird perch on a dog?" And I thought, well yes and on a cow and on a horse and a rhino. LOL I like the Cockatiel and I think the dog is a beautiful looking Pit mix?
This makes me miss my bird. They bond for life.
Cute, and i have seen that. In some tourist areas I've seen guys on the street with animals who do things. I saw a guy once who had a dog laying down with a cat on it and the cat had a bird sitting on it. I gave him a dollar.

My little sister once caught our dog kind of sleeping, and a bird in his arms like it was being hugged. It flew away eventually, but the image was cute. I like that you got yours on camera though. :)

Cockatiels are very well trained. Clearly the dog is too to not not snap at him. Good photo tho.
